Well the last two days weren't my greatest. I craved and ate terrible for dinner one night and had two helpings :( I felt pretty crappy the next morning and even had a headache... so therefore i couldnt work out for lunch like i usually do, i slept in my car and tried to feel better. i went to bed early that night, but the next day i forgot my gym bag for my lunch workout, so i was upset but still walked a little while for lunch. Not too bad. Today the scale said 201, my goal today was 198 so i was feeling a little down but just said to myself, i cant give up.. so i've ate really healthy today and lots and lots of water and had an amazing work out just now! I feel so good and full of energy. i HAVE to remember this feeling next time im ready to not work out or eat unhealthy. And another positive note, i am starting to be able to run a little further on my spurts on the treadmill with no paint. I also upped my weight on the machines today and now my whole body just feels a little tired but amazing! I may try to take my son on a stroll later if its not too hot, or maybe do a late night jog. Either way- my goal this weekend is two eat healthy- and to take a job early in the morning either Saturday or Sunday -- the other morning ill sleep in as much as i can with a 7 month old :)
I love blogging - it's a great way for me to get out my thoughts in front of me and realize certain things and keep motivated!!!
