So I took the plunge and stepped on the scale and it was confirmed...I am the same weight (highest in 14 yrs) that I was when I was 18 (not a good thing). I am 141lbs not 138 like I estimated. It is only 3 lbs but it also put me in the 140s and I haven't been here since I was originally having weight problems. One thing that is keeping me going is that I am pretty sure if I stepped on that scale about 2 weeks ago it would likely have been higher so I will just go from here and press on with my goal. It was pretty sad though when my husband weighed himself and he is only 12lbs more than I am. He is a small framed guy and does all the same workouts as me. He eats way more unhealthy food and chugs juice like he's never gonna have it again but still loses weight...Oh Well! I will keep working at it!
