I have been so caught up in all the sesquicentennial events going on around here for the Civil War that I completely missed my Sparkiversary on July 13th. Granted we were also celebrating the 150th anniversary of Forrest's Raid which took place on the front lawn of the museum where I work that particular day so suffice it to say I did have a few other things on my mind....like giving tours to the 2,000 people that showed up, etc.
