One week and I've lost 3 lbs.!

I know that's an awful lot for one week and it won't be like this every week but boy it sure gives me incentive to keep going. Last week I only took a couple of 2 miles walks, this week I'm hoping to exercise a minimum of 3 days for about an hour.

I like weighing in on Friday, it helps me stay more focused for weekend, which as we all know, can be a very difficult time to watch what we're eating.
