MoTiVaTeD: Maintenance Week 1

Well…166.8lbs. One week into maintenance while being on vacation is a mouth full. I am taking accountability for the choices that I made. Vacation doesn’t come every day and when it does comes why does it have to be so hot and relaxing? Week 28 was definitely a true test about being out of my comfort zone. During my vacation I still managed to get my workouts in but I ate waaaaaaaaay more of the foods that I don’t normally eat on a day to day basis. Needless to say that I will be fasting from the foods that I decided to let overpower me (Ice cream x 4, cup cakes x 2, waffles x 2, sausage – links & patties, red robin bleu ribbon burger, grilled shrimp tacos and SALT.) My salt intake was higher than normal since I don’t use regular salt because when I’m at home I use “NO SALT” (just like salt but no sodium).

*I know that I am still within my 2lb allowance so going UP is not an option for me this time around. I am just as dedicated now as I was in my losing phase.

Day by Day, Pound by Pound!

Ps. Vacation was FUN but it shouldn’t be normal practices to eat the way I did. (note to SELF)
