I've been on track, mostly...OK - I've had several less than stellar days...but I'm OK. I've gotten rid of 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks and will continue to refine my "practice" of fat loss and muscle building. Who knows if I'll ever get it right! I've been practicing for 33 years! (I'm 54, but only started paying attention to health when I got married.)
I'll never be perfect, and I try not to get caught up in pursuing perfection...although there are times when I'm disappointed that I can't achieve it! Silly me.
I've been eating clean and lifting weights along with spinning and outdoor cycling.
We leave for our beach vacation on Tuesday and I will continue to focus on the goal. It may take a while to reach it, but I have time....and if I don't have time, it won't matter.
