Couple of items; I've RE-started SP tracking my food. If I can just keep doing it consistently for 3 weeks I will be able to keep doing it daily. However, my usual habit has been to do it consistently for about 3 days. So my max daily calorie intake is 1880. I Really must be more accountable with my eating.
In a skewed related observation, my stomach was very upset with me. To the point that even trying to go for a walk sent me hopping for the tall bushes. I almost changed my address to my bathroom. BLEH!!
So whatever I ate decided to 'eat' me back, and I was unable to get in my turtle jog.
Looking for a better day tomorrow!
I've noticed that there has been a lot of SP users blogging about 'haters', those are folks that call weight strugglers fat. The haters are not worth wasting my time. The folks I'm really after, in a motivational way, are the 'doubters', those who say to me that I'll be giving up. PLEASE, Doubt Me! You are just pushing me to a better me!!
