avocado
beets
berries
blck beans
broccoli
cabbage
dark chocolate
flaxseeds
garlic
green tea
kale
lentils
oats
olive oil
oranges
pomegranates
red bell peppers
red grapes
salmon
soy beans
spinach
tomatos
walnuts
They all sound so healthy----and we can find most of these foods in our gardens and/or stores.I don't see any red meat in that list------nor ice cream-----or burgers----
