Well, this is my 1st full day. I had a healthy breadfast & then cleaned a customers 2 story house. When I get done cleaning this certain house, I always stop at McDonalds for their Big Mac, fries & diet coke. I thought twice about it & drank my water on the way home. I need to look for recipes so I can start planning my meals, but I stopped & bought fruits & veggies. So far, 10:00 p.m., I am good to go. Did my strength training & worked on my knees & logged everything I ate. There is alot for me to learn on this site. I may need to ask some questions.
