Well today was my 1st swimming lesson! It went actually very well. I was truely surprised when my coach said I was a good swimmer! I put a lot of pressure on myself when it comes to working out. I am very competitive & always want to be the best I can be. I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. I was very apprehensive about today. But it was ok! I am healing a sore knee & getting a brand new workout to boot! I really want to do a Triathalon one of these days so that is another reason why I wanted to learn the proper form & breathing technique of swimming. My class is for 8 weeks & hopefully I will come out of it learning lots of new things & loving to swim as a regular part of my excercise routine! So if you are scared or out of your comfort zone it's ok! Try it you will be surprised there could be something out there that you truly love & didn't even know it!
