Today is another day.

First off, let me start off by appolozing for my last blog and the harshness of it. Thank you to all who commented and provided advise. I did not let that keep me down. I have walked at least 30-45 minutes each day. I am up to four (4) 32-oz bottles of water a day. I have not been able to get anymore than that.

I have been in the office a lot this last month. I have been talking with a co-worker and found out that she was interested in walking at break time. So... when we are in the office together, we walk around the building and parking lot at break time. I showed her where the gym at work is. She is getting the doctor authorization next week so if it is not healthy to walk outside, we can use the gym together. Even when she is not in the office, I walk for at least 10 minutes. I am looking forward to weigh in a couple of days. The scale at work is showing promissing signs. I will also measure myself this weekend to see if inches are going away, but not pounds.

    Wow 4 32 oz of water a day... That's a lot! You may be getting to much. Stay focused... You will figure out what works for you! :)

    Finding ways to be active at work was always the hardest for me. I hated my desk job! I'm back at school, now, so I'm doing a lot of walking between buildings and such, so that helps. Good for you for having a plan, and finding someone to share in it with you! Best of luck!
