Chalean extreme push month DONE!

Yes! I finished the second month today! So happy! I really enjoy that program, even if the results are not exactly what I expected at first... I was on the impression that I will lose more weight with that program, and I'm at -8pounds after two months. I only lose a inch everywhere too, but I'm stronger for sure and I see muscles in my arms and feel it in my legs! That's a good thing!

I don't enjoy the cardio part of that program so much, but I have to work that... So every time I push myself to do it and feel great after! I also add a run of 30 minutes 3 times per week. Cardio is really my weak area, but I give myself a challenge to do it and I buy Cardio Fire for after my Chalean Program. My problem with cardio is not physical, but only in my head... So I have to work that!

Oh! and even if my Weight-in is tomorow, I weight myself this morning to know my numbers at the end of my 2 month.... and my scale annonce me: 200.0!!!!!!!!!!! woooow! Maybe tomorow I will be in ONEderland!!!!
