Last time I blogged was in February. Time sure does fly! I am happy to share with you that I reached my goal (about two weeks ago)... total loss of 12 lbs! I may go for another 5 lbs. I am ecstatic cause i was able to fit in my size 6 jeans and other clothing that would not fit before! People have noticed too! I can see it in my face and in some recent pics taken. woo hoo! When i started with weight watchers I did lose 10 lbs within a few months but it took awhile to actually lose another two! This journey was an up and down hill. Did i get discouraged a few times? Of course but i kept on going. I learned to choose wisely and watch my portions. Plus 99% of the time I drink water! When I've eaten my biggest meal of the day (dinner), I decide ahead of time how much i am eating and not to go for seconds. When I have gone for seconds, minutes later I feel my stomach full. A fullness saying... "you should have stopped when i told you. There was no need to eat more!" lol... I still have a belly and a little bit of a top muffin (which I am able to hide well with certain styles!) I will continue to walk but i probably should include some weight-lifting, cardio, different exercises so as not to get bored. I have been reading some articles online on how to get rid of belly fat. If anyone can share of anything that worked for them, pass it along! :) Thank you and I hope all of you are doing well. :)
