one thing after another.

Thursday, July 26, 2012

Well here I am. Last week, we had our two sons home for my husband birthday, so took one week off the bike. I thought I just needed to do that. Went back on on Monday, and my knee gave out and is now swollen. What can I say. Another week off. Not making any progress that way. Today took our old dog to the vet. His backend is going out and can not walk well, what a job that was. Finally home. Onward!

I hope you had a great time with your sons. I hope that your knee heals soon. Maybe you can try doing some upper body exercises. Sorry to hear about your dog.
You've had a rough couple of weeks. But I know that it will get better. Just hang in there.

I hope you had a great visit with your sons and your husband had a happy birthday.
I also hope you knee is feeling better soon. Maybe you can do some of the Sparkpeople chair exercise videos so you don't feel like you are missing out on your exercise.

It must have been nice having your sons home. My youngest came home for a few days and I conned him into going to a mall and walking laps. LOL
I hope your knee is better soon. Sounds like your pup will need to be rolled around for his walks. That might be a new exercise plan-put the dog on a scooter and pull him around the neighborhood.
