So I have been told go big, or go home. Well I would like to go a little more slow scale. Say 21 days. I have also heard it takes 21 days to form a habit. The last couple of days I have been a little lax on my eating and way to forgiving of myself. But that stops now. Which also means no more Popsicle -- no more added sugar. You would be surprised how much a 60 calorie popsicle has -- 16g of sugar. Having a couple of day really adds up. So going forward I will blog, take accountability for what I eat and make sure to get in those workouts. So Day 1 of 21 starts tomorrow :)
