Tonight's cooking class was Salad Redesigned!

Bread salad with fennel and salami

Nudelsalat mit Ršucherlachs
Noodle salad with smoked salmon

Rucola Pfirsich Salat
Rucola Peach Salad

Beerensalat mit WalnuŖeis
Berry Salad with Walnut ice cream

(Here, if you opt out of the ice cream, be sure to add the walnuts - awesome combination.)

So thankful today for the sunshine that we are enjoying.
Thankful for the cooking classes offered at our gym.
Thankful for the safety we take for granted every day.

    The salads look good. I wish I liked salads. I could probably eat the salmon and pasta one with nothing else in it. Maybe a tiny little dressing, but nothing else. It is neat your gym has such classes.
