So I haven't been on Spark for quite some time...I was doing great without it for a while. I was going to the gym six days a week, eating healthy, feeling good...then something just turned t all off. I lost motivation, stopped going to the gym, have been overeating and just plain eating like crap. My loss of motivation extends further than just my weght loss goals too...I'm slacking off on the house, sleeping more etc. As I know these can all be signs of depression I am certain its not that completely, maybe just a small bout of it. I really just need something to get the fire lit under my butt again. I look terrible, feel terrible and this HAS TO STOP! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get my SPARK back??? Usually dont have a problem getting motivated but I am now. Any kind words or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much!
