This blog should get me my last points needed to hit level 9! Yay! I get all kinds of motivated when I get close to making it...read all the articles and do all the posts and comments. :)
I'm planning on another Two a Day today... do L3/D5 of Shred, then hit the gym for some more walk/jog intervals. I'm hoping it will be easier today than last time! I can't wait for it to cool off so I can run outside. I'll have to find some good roads around here to get in my 13 miles. I saw some bright neon yellowish/greenish Danskin shirts last time I was at WalMart--I think I'll get a couple of those for my road running.
Okay, time to get to working out!!
