Yesterday was my 1-month anniversary with starting my new "lifestyle." So, today I took down my new measurements. I'm down another whole pound ... I know it's not a lot, but it's a step in the right direction! I'll take a 1-pound loss over no loss or a gain! I lost 1" on my upper arm, 1" on my waist, 1/2" on my hips and 1" on my thighs! I got up this morning and put 20 minutes on my exercise bike and scrubbed the bathroom ... HARD! LOL I'm pooped, but feeling SO energetic at the same time. LOL It's working!
Congratulations on your one month anniversary! I am one week behind you -- so I latched onto your blog. I agree with the response above, that the first month is the hardest -- can't remember how many starts (and fizzles) I've had in the past four years. So good for you!! 1966 days ago
