Yesterday was my 1-month anniversary with starting my new "lifestyle." So, today I took down my new measurements. I'm down another whole pound ... I know it's not a lot, but it's a step in the right direction! I'll take a 1-pound loss over no loss or a gain! I lost 1" on my upper arm, 1" on my waist, 1/2" on my hips and 1" on my thighs! I got up this morning and put 20 minutes on my exercise bike and scrubbed the bathroom ... HARD! LOL I'm pooped, but feeling SO energetic at the same time. LOL It's working!
