Well I've been pretty crappy with keeping up with my blogging record. Even without my weekly journaling online I've been doing pretty well with my weekly workouts and eating better.
Today I went back to the gym for the first time in about a month and tackled the stairmaster. I definitely need to go more but since DH has started walking to the BART station in the mornings I've been getting up and doing DVD workouts earlier and not having to drive him has saved so much time.
