Week 8 Day 56
-Have you ever been on a low-carb diet? How was it for you?
No I haven't.
I have dieted alot before, but that is something that I have never tried.
And now I am learning that it isn't about dieting.. Dieting only works while you are doing it..
This is a complete lifestyle change. You have to change your focus and reprogram your body to eat the foods that you need to be eating and not the unhealthy foods.
When dieting, once you stop, you gain the weight back.
This has to be a complete lifestyle change.
You have to make the choice everyday to eat healthy and keep the weight off.
