Ramadan started last Friday. Just to recap, it means not eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset.By the 3rd day, I have dropped 10 lbs.
On 4th day, I dropped only 0.2 lbs.
Which means, I have been hauling 10 lbs of water weight.
I am keeping up with walking while fasting. I can get 1 mile to 2 miles on the days I do it. I can do it comfortably if I walk at strolling pace of 21-23 min/mile. That's ok. I am getting some exercise in. As long as I am moving, I am doing ok.
