Well I missed a cpl days blogging but i'm not going to stress over it. The gym nights have been working out great for me!! I was not feeling to well last night but I still went, and that is a big step for me. Before, I would just look for reasons not to go.
On the other hand, my eating has not been good at all. I have to get on a regular schedule for eating, I have such a problem with late night snacking since I dont really eat for most part of the day. I found a protein shake that I am going to try (has 25g of protein in it) as a meal replacement for at least breakfast so I am getting something into me so I wont be so hungry at night.
If anyone has any advice or opinions on protein shakes/meal replacements please share your thoughts, it would be a wonderful help!!!
