Soooo I've been on Spark consistently (minus two or three days) for about a month now and I've been doing only cardio (running, walking) with a little bit of yoga built in. I wanted to start out slowly and work myself up to doing more.
I think I have decided that now is the time for more. I think I'm ready for more.
So I decided that I wanted to try the 100 Push-Ups Challenge. If you don't know what that is, take a look at this site http://hundredpushups.com/test
I've always wanted to be able to do push-ups...the last time I checked, I could do 25 modified push-ups. I'm sure it's gone down since then. So, I think I am going to start this off doing modified push-ups and when I complete that I am going to try it doing the unmodified push ups, that way I don't push myself too hard and give up.
I'm going to start it today after I go for my walk/run. Wish me luck! :)
