slow and steady

I've lost five pounds in seven weeks.

It won't put me on Good Morning America, but it is getting me closer to my goal of losing 30 pounds.

One day, one choice at a time, I'm getting there. And that feels good.

    emoticon Congrats on the 5 lb loss! Losing slow is OK! I am a slow loser too and I have to remind myself that it's OK. Taking measurements helps me stay on track and feel good about my progress even when the scale is stuck!

    it's the turtle method...I believ the average turtle can easily live until a 100? Most rabbits are toast at 5...Slow and steady will eventually cross the finish line, nice work! emoticon

    the less weight we have to lose, the slower it comes off. you are doing fanastic...and with this attitude, you WILL reach your goals... congrats on just 25 pounds left to lose!
