I've been tracking my food and walking every day. The darn scale just will not move.

WHAT I'M I DOING WRONG?

I'm eating within my calories, healthy good food, no junk. Lots of veggies very little bread, no pasta.

I walk every morning at least 30 min every day. The temperatures have been in the high 80 and 90's for months so walking is a sweat-fest.

    You may need to extend your walking, perhaps another walk, do other exercise later in the day for 15-20 minutes. It may break your plateau. I have gone through this. Your dedication seems excellent.

    Sometimes that scale gets stuck!! I would try bumping up your exercise a little bit. They say that a change in your routine will sometimes kick start things again. Good luck, and I am sure that pesky scale will move again soon!!! And remember, taking measurements is helpful too, you could be losing inches, and firming up more. emoticon emoticon The scale is not always the only way to measure success!!
