I've been tracking my food and walking every day. The darn scale just will not move.
WHAT I'M I DOING WRONG?
I'm eating within my calories, healthy good food, no junk. Lots of veggies very little bread, no pasta.
I walk every morning at least 30 min every day. The temperatures have been in the high 80 and 90's for months so walking is a sweat-fest.
