12 lbs over perfect, and 7 lbs over happy.
As much as I would like to say that I don't know how I got here, I know damn well that I've shown little to no control in my eating habits, and with a bum right foot, my mileage has been non-existent. Don't get me wrong, I'm still running but I'm struggling to make it through 12-16 miles per week. My right foot was finally starting to feel better so I never refilled the anti-inflamatory meds last week, and that was a mistake on my part. I started taking them again last night, and I'm hoping for relief within a day or two...stupid bone spur!
Anyway, I'm back to tracking food and fitness at least through the end of August. I know what I should be doing, I just need a swift kick in the butt as a reminder.
