I just realized my last blog post was from July 15th - just over a year ago. Well, I'm officially pre-pregnancy weight, but working on moving the scale some more. I'd really like to get off the weight that I gained when I started my career, but it's a struggle. The past 2 weeks or so I've really been putting in the effort.
I'm running almost every day as well as adding in crunches, leg exercises, arms, etc when able. I just do as much as I can. I feel better with my body so far, but know I have a long way to go as I had pretty much given up exericse this past year after having my daughter.
I'm also back on SP tracking. Some days it helps and some days I still go over. I will get better. :)
