Today I did the Cardio X workout, which was different from a lot of the cardio workouts I've done in a few ways. First, the warm up was a lot longer and more intense than a lot of workouts I've done before - it included some yoga as well as light aerobics. The workout itself included some yoga, some core synergistics work, and some kickboxing, which I liked. Tomorrow's workouts will be shoulders and arms and Ab Ripper X.
