emoticon Alarm sounds at 6:00am. My mind goes "ugh, I do not want to wake up." My husband leans over and says "come on honey, we're going to walk like planned. you know you'll feel better." I ponder this thought emoticon hum, stay in bed longer or walk? "alright then, I'm up"

emoticon 37 minutes later I've had a nice walk around our VERY hilly neighborhood and already burned 165 calories before breakfast!

emoticon Breakfast was an orange, pineapple, banana smoothie. emoticon

emoticon Computer problems (and phone issues) at work were insane but I managed not to let it get to me. I stayed on track with the nutrition that I had planned and even worked in a bit of fat free popcorn.

emoticon I got home, put my workout clothes on again, and completed my 25 minute strength training workout (which consisted of barbell bench presses, ball planks, hammer curls, 20lb dumbbell squats, mountain climber and hip flexors).

emoticon Hubby made a delicious baked pork (no picture so ham will have to do) and we ate it with salad and one serving of jalepeno queso chips.

emoticon Dessert was a soft serve baby cone. I threw away most of the cone though since I knew it would not make my tummy feel good.

Tomorrow is my weigh in day. I am not worried because I am SURE it's going to be up since I had somewhat of a binge this past weekend. It's okay if its up. It will be fine.

The number on the scale does not define me!
(Now I just have to remember that tomorrow morning. lol)

Great job so far this week! You avoided snacking from TOM yesterday and didn't skip the walk either! That's awesome Becky! Yes the number does NOT define you, nor is the number definite, it will change for all of us throughout our lives! ;) glad you didn't let work issues stress you out too bad. You're making progress! Keep it up!

You're my hero. I don't exercise in the morning because I KNOW I don't have the willpower to climb out of bed earlier than I absolutely have to. Therefore, I go in the evenings. However, I would LOVE to be one of those amazing people who gets their exercise in before their day starts. sigh.

Woot Woot, good day! You know, I have never said "I shouldnt have worked out" but many times said "oh I am so glad I worked out". Way to go on sticking to the plan, and woo hoo for having a supporting hubby to remind you that its time to move!

Good, good Girl! You're not pressing yourself so hard that you hurt so bad if the scale isn't perfect for you. That's excellent because the other way can be scary to the fact of even getting really down because it's not down. We don't want you to get down. No No! Just keep up the good work and the scale will be down but not you! Yeah!!!
