AM I TURNING INTO A MOTIVATOR?

A friend of mine on facebook was so suprised when i shared my recent SP TROPHY of completing my first 5K RUN, She sent me a message "YOU DID WHAAAT? and she later sent me another telling me how good i looked on my facebook photos and how she's now a size 20 since having her last baby,she also asked me MY SECRET and this was my immediate reply to her;
Ada,it's not easy but you must be determined not to give up easily.I started jogging 30 minutes for about 3 or 4 times a week since march 2012.I was not seeing results then but i stuck to my guns and now people are commenting.You must be ready to add major physical activity into your lifEstyle and one major thing do not think of what people will say,do or how they laugh . . . just say to yourself "EVEN IF I DONT LOOSE WEIGHT,LET ME BE ATLEAST HEALTHY FOR MY CHILDREN" and above all YOU DESERVE TO LOVE YOURSELF and in 3 months you will see definite changes somehow to your fitness,body and lifestyle .
Ada,just make 30 mins activity your lifestyle and if nobody encourages you i will be here CHEERING you on . . . can we do this?


After sending that message,i scrolled up to read it and was thrilled . . . DIDNT KNOW I HAD THIS IN ME.

BUT i am still asking you my sparkbuddies did i encourage her enough though i didnt want to scare her so we can start with baby steps and by the time she realises it she is already hooked.
Ada later replied and said she will give it a try . . . i really hope she will.
