I'm a little sore today. I resumed by daily exercising after being off for close to two months. My chiro told me to lay off excercising until my leg/nerve situation healed up. Now, normally stuff that didn't affect me before, now does.

I'll transition into this lifestyle change gradually. I am grateful that pound wise I haven't changed much - but toned up wise - I feel a change.

Today is a Sako's night - turkey burger for me. My daughter is making the transition, or starting to anyway. She goes normal tonight. Thursday nite she visits the adult class. If all goes well, her last Tues nite class will be next week with her goodbyes and she will make the full transition.

I just finished my bank check book balancing. I should discipline myself to a weekly or twice a week accounting instead of waiting a few weeks between the balancing act. I feel good when I'm done - but the process takes time....especially since I have so much to catch up with. Ok - maybe once a week.
