getting back on the horse

After running my second half-marathon, I have taken a few months hiatus from sensible diet and exercise. Too much white starch and alcohol, and not enough exercise. Well today I start anew. I want to join a local training group and set my sights on a goal, not a weight goal, but a fitness and health goal. Check back to see if I followed thru with my self-promises!
