I recently started listening to TED Talks (FYI, NPR has a TED Talks Hour show that is being picked up by my local station, and I couldn't be more thrilled) and this one caught my interest.
"When game designer Jane McGonigal found herself bedridden and suicidal following a severe concussion, she had a fascinating idea for how to get better. She dove into the scientific research and created the healing game, SuperBetter. In this moving talk, McGonigal explains how a game can boost resilience -- and promises to add 7.5 minutes to your life."

With SP we are ALREADY doing many of these life extending daily activites, so thank you AGAIN SparkFriends for making my life better! We move to earn fitness minutes, we have a multitude of ways to use our brains for mental stimulation, we have the supportive community, and we keep focusing on the positive (and our NSV) to become more resilient.
