8a.m. Breakfast Scramble with berries and almonds. Seasoned with garlic powder, turmeric, and hot sauce. Drinks included Coffee and Water
10:45a.m. Greek Yogurt Parfait with raspberries, blueberries, and a sprinkling of cinnamon and nutmeg. Drink: Water
At this point I had class from 11:30-1:00. Stomach grumbled loudly in class, but the hunger pangs weren't bad enough to distract me.
3:30p.m Shakeology shake. This is the one substitution I am making, since I have a metric ton of the stuff. Drink: Green Tea, Water
At about 4:00pm I began feeling ravenous. Stomach growling loudly. Getting very uncomfortable.
5:30pm - pot of coffee brewed, feeling much better and confident 7pm isn not an eternity away.
7:00p.m. Spinach Salad with berries, a hard boiled egg, and almonds Drink: Green Tea + Water
So.... despite the fact that I was positive I was going to raid the fridge around 4.... coffee saved the day and kept me satiated til dinner time.
