Yesterday's long run was fairly routine. It was a cool day and the temperature in the middle of the day was only in the low 70's.
I went on a bike trail, little elevation, smooth asphalt surface, light wind, running at an easy pace.
Total running time was 1:50.40, average pace 4.3 mph, average pulse 132
The half-marathon is coming closer and I still need to get faster, do a lot more hill work and do a lot more trail running. I have no clue if my body can be ready in 6 weeks but I'll try. If I can be much more consistent in staying low-carb and avoid eating too much fresh fruit it will be a lot easier so my body can stay in ketosis.
This morning I added cream instead of half-and half to my coffee. After my workout I'll have scrambled eggs with some greens in them.
