    I and the BW are OK - but our youngest daughter's husband, and her mother-in law and brother-in-law are all three in trouble with it. I credit it to the all white bread diet that they all have followed forever, and still today. Jim's birthday is Saturday - he will be 44, just a youth.

    So true I changed my eating style 20 years ago when my husband got type 2 diabetes
