I enjoyed great success using Sparkpeople a few years ago to lose over 50 lbs. Then I suppose I got lazy and stopped tracking which of course, allowed me to fall away from the good habits I was practicing and slowly, some of the weight crept back on. About 7 months ago I felt like I needed to do something or make some kind of change but didn't feel I had the time I needed to devote to the tracking on SP so I started going to Aquafit and Zumba Aquafit. For 7 months now I've been going to these classes from 2-4 times a week. I have some time now, and want to get back on the Sparkpeople wagon again. It's a fantastic and balanced plan with so much support available and it works without gimmicks and other fad diet "tricks".
I am so pleased to be back. :-)
