Hi everyone, busy day yesterday and I achieved a lot. Over 12,500 steps and by the pedometer I burnt 986 calories. Some of these steps were achieved at the exercise class I went to. I do really enjoy this class and I can keep up with them now. The instructor commented yesterday that she is starting to push me now.
On Monday, as this is the smaller class we do a lot of exercises using the aerobic steps. Lots of squats, ball exercises, weights, resistance bands but lots of movement.
Last night I was thinking about the class and realized that I do breathe heavy there but do not puff and I used to feel like the chest and head was going to explode. Now after I stop within a very short space of time I can get my breathing under control.
I also worked out some meals yesterday where I can more equally split up the calories that I am eating, we will see how that goes.
Exercise time was 123 minutes.
easy day planned today, driving up to see my son and his girlfriend in a neighbouring town.
So my intentions today is to do no more than 5 to 6000 steps and no more than 60 minutes of exercises.
