Great job, Angela, and congrats on your amazing success. Please leave a note of congratulations below for Angela. Thanks for Spreading the Spark on national TV! WOO-HOO!
WTG! You are a beautiful inspiring woman! I will remember you when I get frustrated or want to binge...which really hasn't been in months since I learned the foods that I can eat to keep me full and more satisfied. I like your tip about having protein when craving other foods. I love chocolate and treat myself, but I can say, "No," pretty easily to too much because I know what it does to my heart rate and migraines. I also treat myself every once in a while to a DQ cone, but I can't tell you the last time I bought ice cream for the house...accept once in years for my son who is and who has always been a toothpick. Have a blast kayaking...something on my bucket list once I get a little more fit. Thanks for mentioning Sparkpeople and for being "Our Joy Fit Girl."
Congratulations! You are inspiration to me. I also did put back on all the weight that I had lost too. You have inspired me not to give up. Thank you for sharing your amazing story.
I know what it's like to lose the weight and gain it all back, and how easy it is!! This is an amazing story and such an inspiration! I hope to look as good as her one day!
Angela is AWESOME!! She is a great, great leader on our At Goal and Maintaining Team. Such an example --- so very helpful. She has given me just the words I've needed at several difficult times. So proud she is getting this recognition and spreading the Spark!!! -Marsha
What a great story .. it's true that you must track your food to really understand what you're eating and how it affects your body. It's also great to find an exercise or activity that you love. Not everyone is gym rat
