Wed. = 30 min. ST lower body & abs

60 min. Zumba class

Thur. = 30 min. ST upper body & abs
60 min. cycling class
30 min. walk the dogs

Fri. = 30 min. St lower body & abs
60 min. Yoga class
30 min. walk the dogs

Sat/Sun. = Take the dogs for a walk
