No-Gain Weekend = success!

So, I have to get my tail moving and get ready to go teach today (TOO SOON!!), but I wanted to post that this weekend's no-gain challenge was successful! This morning's weigh-in was 174.8, down .2 from 175. HOORAY!! I made it through a weekend, had fun and some cocktails, AND didn't end up 2-3 pounds heavier that it'll take me the entire week to recover from. SO FREAKING HAPPY!

Now, off to get ready to face kids!

    Yay for you! I actually lost 2.2 since my weigh in on Friday and did not feel deprived at all. I went to Yogurt City yesterday with DD and was very careful: 1/2 c sugar free vanilla yogurt, 1/2 c strawberries (not sure if they put sugar on them), 2 T almond slices, and 1 T chocolate syrup. It was delicious and just enough!

The fact that you had cocktails and still lost since your Sat. weigh-in is awesome! Have a great day at school. I'm still on summer break here in the east. Today is mani/pedi day to get ready for the Hawaiian vaca.
