I just recently downloaded a pedometer app on my phone and this tells me the number of steps I have taken (I indicated the goal as 10,000 steps) and calories burnt as I walk around during the day carrying the phone.
Now I have a query: Can I use this as a cardio tracker? Can the calories burnt be tracked in my fitness page? Or is this a part of my daily activity and so should not be measured?
I am really confused. Can anyone let me know whether to include the pedometer reading or do an alternative exercise?
