I have always complaint about my weight. But for the last three years it has been impossible for me not only to stop gaining more weight but also to stay at a certain weight. So, in the last three years I have gained 15 kilos, 7 before getting pregnant, and 7 after giving birth. Some of the mistakes I make are the following:
- I don't exercise at all (whereas 5 years ago I used to do some exercise and 10 years ago I used to do hiking and mountain bike!)
- I eat all the time (I work at home in front of the computer and I constantly go to the fridge and search for something to eat)
- I eat late (because my husband comes late in the evening and he wants me to eat with him)
- I eat large portions
- I don't drink 8 cups of water every day
I have to change all these.
