well, we can run but we can't hide from the TAPE MEASURE!! Oh how effective my self-deception has been! I am cramming into clothes and standing on every corner of the scales watching the numbers flip.. and somehow KNEW the nassy ol' tape measure would be the moment of truth.. (or truse). I give up... I NEED this program. No more running.. no more fudging. I'm only kidding myself. The jig is up... (and so is the jiggle). Tomorrow is just another manic Monday... and a great day to begin again. :) :)
