Almost a new week.
I am happy to report I'm doing well tracking and staying on track.
It makes me happy to think that it could be a week later and I could be OFF track.
I found tonight at dinner that I planned my steak, salad veggies and potatoes. I ate what I had planned but later I found I was too stuffed to eat the snack I planned.
I guess my stomach is starting to shrink. I told dh to remind me to cut my steak in half next time.
I still have to contend with "If I can have it I should eat it" attitude that made me fat. Now I'm in the "do I really need it" mode. Cutting the steak would have put me at the lower end of my calories. I could do that but my old self thinks I need to be at the top end.
I am going to show the old self she isn't the boss of me!
