Meal Plan for Week of 7.23.2012

Ugh. This weekend has kicked my butt. I woke up this morning feeling like I had gained a million pounds....which obviously isn't the case, but I'm positive that there will be a gain to report come tomorrow morning. I did a TON of walking around on Friday...didn't go for a run Saturday like I originally planned because I felt so dehydrated...did NOT eat well...Ugh. Tomorrow will be better...
Last week's meals worked out really well. We haven't planned a full week like that in a while...or at least if we have we didn't stick to it all that well. My favorite item of the week was our cobbler recipes.sparkpeople.com/
. It was AMAZING...totally felt like I was cheating.
Here is this weeks plan:
Monday: Pork Fried Rice - Made this tonight and basically made it up as I went along....lots of veggies and the test bite I had was scrumpcious!
Tuesday: Crockpot Southwestern Chicken recipes.sparkpeople.com/
Wednesday: Crustless Spinach Onion and Feta Quiche recipes.sparkpeople.com/
We add some mushrooms into the mix and we'll probably have a serving of meat.
Thursday: Low Carb Tuna Patties recipes.sparkpeople.com/
, probably with some steamed veggies or a salad.
Friday: Left Overs!
Saturday: We might be having a BBQ for the hubby's birthday. We'll see though I haven't heard back from many people yet. Kinda playing it by ear.
