I didn't set many goals for this past week since I knew it was going to be crazy since I was moving. Exercise.... I did at least the 10 min of cardio each day and then some :D now I need to step it up... I am SOOOO close to the under 200 goal that I have. My other goal for last week was keeping up SP like I have been.. I failed at it :( Just getting everything set up really kept me busy. Now to stop playing around. Goals for this week.. hmm.. I need to figure this out.
#1!!! make sure I get all my water in!!! I realized that the 2 days I haven't gotten in all my fluids. I know I know.. slap my hand. I am doing good so far for today.
#2. Get my fingerprints so I can finish transfer over my stupid nursing license
#3. Pass out my resume to at least 2 clinics.
#4. Exercise. I know I need to work on my new plan... honestly I know it won't be this up coming week since I still have to handle switching everything over to being a Texas resident. So 10 min cardio daily and walk walk walk walk. I am not going to focus on the distance this week, just getting out there. I will put on there to try out the HOA gym.
#5 SP- log in daily!!!!! and log in food and exercise.
