The goal that I set of drinking 100 cups of water for this month has been met. As of today I have drank 100 cups of water for the month of July I am so proud of myself! I also did very well with my exercise minutes! I went from averaging 39 minutes of exercise last week to averaging 41 minutes this week! My down fall this week was my calories. My basic calorie range is 1200-1400 per day last weeks average was 1394 and this weeks average is 1515. I think a lot of why I went over my average range was because yesterday I over indulged in things like onion rings, chicken wings and ice cream. I don't usually over indulge like that but yesterday I just wanted to eat a little naughty so I did. I followed that up with a 45 minute workout and that seemed to make me feel a little bit better about the poor food choices that I had made.
The improvements that I would like to make for the week of the 22nd. through the 28st. is as follows.
I need to incorporate more fruits and veggies and whole grains in to my meal plans. My plan of action is to eat a little of these very day this week.
