Starting Fresh

I've realized I use food for comfort.
Food hasn't ever left me. It hasn't ever let me down.

I need to start fresh TODAY and eat healthy.

My goals:

Workout atleast 3 hours a week. I am working part time at the moment. This will not be hard to do.

PLAN PLAN PLAN

Plan my meals so I am not hungry coming home from work in a daze.

Support:

I will log in EVERYDAY to spark. I will blog. I will ask for support and support others. This CAN and WILL be done.
I have 53 pounds to go. I CAN do this!

    carry a lunch bag with fresh veggies already cut and a apple sliced before leaveing work to nibble on on the way home .. trust me it works well i drove from vero every day with a apple sliced to eat or baby carrots.. yum
