I've realized I use food for comfort.
Food hasn't ever left me. It hasn't ever let me down.
I need to start fresh TODAY and eat healthy.
Workout atleast 3 hours a week. I am working part time at the moment. This will not be hard to do.

Plan my meals so I am not hungry coming home from work in a daze.
I will log in EVERYDAY to spark. I will blog. I will ask for support and support others. This CAN and WILL be done.
I have 53 pounds to go. I CAN do this!
